Microphone step up transformer.

This device steps a low-level microphone signal up by up to 26db. The device is entirely passive so this increase in gain introduces virtually no noise whatsoever. The applications of this device are endless but one possible use is as a completely clean "voice channel" for audio input into a recording system. The unit is based around a step up transformer.
